Job Description
We’re hiring a hard working shop admin who is able to adapt quickly to the unpredictability of hail season. We specialize in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for auto hail damage repairs and having a basic understanding of this is a must. This position requires someone who can adapt to longer working hours (sometimes including weekends too) during busier weeks. The ideal candidate will be personable, have great organizational skills, and be able to multitask. Experience is a plus, but not required.
During our busy months, up to 7 days a week and 12+ hours per day may be required.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and execute projects for the shop.
- Oversee customer care
- Manage daily duties of staff.
- Update sales and customers.
- Write/review estimates.
- Check quality control from PDR/R&I technicians.
- Order body parts.
- Collect payments.
- Call for warranty/satisfaction/leads.
- Understand PDR.
